Consultant Plastic Surgeon

Mr Jian Farhadi

Mr Jian Farhadi is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the European Association of Plastic Surgeons (EURAPS) and the Swiss Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (SGPRAC). He graduated at the University of Basel. His training took him from Switzerland to Yale University and eventually to London, where he was appointed as a Consultant Surgeon.

Mr Jian Farhadi has a special interest in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery. As a microsurgeon he is able to provide you with all types of reconstructions available today including DIEP, SGAP and TMG flaps. He is the Founder and a Trustee of Bra Foundation, a registered charity to raise awareness of options in breast reconstruction. Mr Jian Farhadi is actively involved in research on the topic of breast reconstruction and is invited regularly to international meetings as a lecturer on the subject.
