Mr Om Lahoti is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at King’s College Hospital since 2003. He specializes in lower limb trauma, sports injuries, arthritic conditions, deformity correction, limb lengthening and children’s orthopaedic problems.

He qualified from Osmainia University in India in 1985 and then continued his training in Dublin and South East London.

He did National Fellowship in Paediatric and Limb Reconstruction surgery at Children’s Hospital Sheffield. He also spent sometime at world famous Ilizarov Institute in Kurgan, Russia to learn advanced limb reconstruction techniques. He has published papers in national and international journals.

He has won an award for his clinical research work presented at British Limb Reconstruction Society. He also conducts training courses for Orthopaedic Consultants and trainees in Computer assisted deformity correction using Taylor Spatial Frame. He is also interested in teaching and conducts very popular Paediatric Orthopaedic Course (FRCS-Orth) at King’s.
