The GP Liaison Department liaises with GP's, consultants, their secretaries and the patient. The Team can organise patient appointments, with a dedicated approach to finding you the earliest appointment possible with the correct specialist for your needs.
If you have medical insurance (e.g. BUPA insurance), you will need to contact them to get authorisation for any treatment and, in most cases, you will require a referral letter from your GP. Call GP Liaison +44 (0)20 7234 2009 for further advice and assistance.
If you are not sure what is the most appropriate action to take, we recommend you call GP Liaison Department and explain your problem. They will be delighted to provide you with an unbiased opinion as to the most appropriate specialist to see for your particular condition. This specialist may have consulting rooms at London Bridge Hospital, or practice at one of HCA's other hospitals or at another London address.
