The GP Liaison Department works closely with all the consultants who see patients at London Bridge Hospital and they have a dedicated and caring approach to find you the earliest appointment possible with the correct specialist for your needs.
If you have medical insurance (e.g. BUPA insurance), you will need to contact your insurer to get authorisation for any treatment and, in most cases, you will require a referral letter from your GP. Call GP Liaison +44 (0)20 7234 2009 for further advice and assistance.
If you are not sure what you should do, we recommend that you call your GP who will be able to help you. The GP Liaison Deparment may be able to assist you if you not have a GP. They can suggest the most appropriate course of action for you to take, given your location and individual circumstance.
Should you require a specialist consultant appointment the GP Liaison Department will be able to make this for you. Your specialist may have consulting rooms at London Bridge Hospital, or practice at one of HCA's other hospitals or at another London address.
