If you have medical insurance (e.g. AXA insurance), you will need to contact your insurer to get authorisation for any treatment and, in most cases, you will require a referral letter from your GP. 

Should you require a specialist consultant appointment the GP Liaison Department will be able to make this for you. Your specialist may have consulting rooms at London Bridge Hospital, or practice at one of HCA's other hospitals or at another London address.
