Online Registration Portal

You are now able to complete your registration online, enabling you to save time when you arrive at the Hospital. You will require login details which for London Bridge Hospital are: LBH/7000

Online registration reduces the need to manually fill in a registration form for your appointment. On arrival simply check your details are correct and sign to verify and accept HCA’s terms.

Information you will need to complete your registration:

• Your hospital number- this is prefixed with ‘X’ but you will only have this number if you have visited London Bridge Hospital before
• Date and time of appointment
• GP details - including the surgery address
• NHS number (if known)
• Payment details - for private medical insurance your membership or policy number, and pre-authorisation number is required

Allow at least 30 minutes between registering on the site and your appointment to allow us to process your registration. If you register after 6pm for an appointment earlier than 9am the following day, it may not be possible to process your registration and you will be required to complete the necessary paperwork on arrival.

A signature will still be required on arrival for your appointment to verify details entered and to accept HCA’s terms.
